The Room

This was the worst restaurant experience ever. We had to wait ages for someone to take our order, and when I finally went to remind them, the waiter said that he completely forgotten about us. We ordered soup and shrimp as starters and burgers for the main course. Naturally, instead of serving the starters first, they brought everything at once—except the soup, which they simply forgot. From there, things only got worse. The fries were dripping with oil, completely bad and not eatable. The burger was even worse—the beef was undercooked, smelled off, and was overloaded with strange spices, making it taste of not fresh. It was honestly disgusting. To top it all off, when we paid, we later realized we had been overcharged. When we went back to ask why, they casually admitted they hadn’t updated the prices so they gave us the extra euros they charged us… from the tip jar 😂. The whole „restaurant” smells with old oil and smoke from frying hung in the air. This place shouldn’t even be called a restaurant—it’s worse than a random street food snack. Absolutely do not recommend!

Overpriced and the portions are small and incomplete. Not worth it. I do not recommend.

I came to this restaurant with my husband to have a Valentine's Day dinner. How disappointed we were. After waiting for over an hour we left because during that time we did not receive any food or tea, which we asked for to warm up a bit after a whole day of sightseeing in the city. People who came after us received their food after half an hour. I do not recommend it if someone is hungry because they may not wait for their food

Wij kwamen the room tegen op social media, zag er gezellig uit, we zagen dat het 100% halal is dus we hadden er veel zin in. We moesten 2 uur wachten op ons eten, terwijl een aantal mensen die later binnenkwamen hun eten een uur eerder kregen. Personeel maakt ruzie met elkaar, loopt in trainingsbroeken door het restaurant heen. Ze lopen met karretjes met borden erop alsof het een zorginstelling is. Bijna alle klanten klaagden over de service en we hebben zelfs mensen weg zien lopen zonder te hebben gegeten. Het excuus blijkt heel vaak te zijn dat ‘het systeem niet werkt.’ We hebben nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Het eten was lekker, maar ook dat was al deze nadelen niet waard. Heel jammer. Hopelijk doen jullie iets met deze feedback. Één keer en nooit meer.

Eten op zich lekker. Je word niet snel geholpen en je krijgt het bestek een stuk later dan het eten. De sfeer is een beetje maf mede door sommigen van het personeel wat in een trainingsbroek lopen en je hoort af en toe harde reclame want er is geen spotify premium. De stroom sloeg ook een keertje af in het hele restaurant. Samengevat: Het eten js goed en de rest niet.
