Bodrum Palace

Honestly one of the best pita spots in Antwerp. The chicken pita is my go-to, juicy meat, fresh veggies, and the homemade garlic sauce is on another level. You pay maybe a euro or two more than at other places, but it's so worth it. The interior got a nice upgrade too, it actually feels like a proper restaurant now instead of just a quick durum joint. Always busy, but the staff stay friendly and the food comes out fast. Easy to reserve, right on Sint-Jansplein. Whether I come with friends, family, or just grab a takeaway alone, it never disappoints. 10/10 would recommend.

Such a great restaurant! My family and I visited for iftar, and the workers were not only polite and kind, but the food was amazing and made quickly. Atmosphere is nice and calm, 10/10 find!

Food was excellent! Only thing (and this may be my lack of Flemish) the pits sandwiches were served on a kaiser and not pita bread. There was another option called Durum and that might have been what I was expecting. Either way, food was outstanding and coffee was hot and strong.

Very attentive host, fresh food, well-sized portions. I took a lentil soup, durum kebap with beef and ayran. Highly recommend!

Service was quick, staff was very welcoming. The meals are very tasy, prices are reasonable. Complimentary plate of fruits at the end.

We ordered a pita and a durum. Both were generously filled. The meat was great for me not to fat, but some people might find it a bit on the dry side. The pita was the absolute favorite! Fresh vegetables, tasty bread, flavorful meat and the sauces were served separately, so you can choose exactly which ones and how much to add. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to take a photo, everything was gone too quickly because it was so delicious :) Price: For €7, you get a tasty pita with meat and vegetables, a portion of fries, and sauces of your choice. Great value for money! Service: Very pleasant! They offered us tea, seated us comfortably, and served the food really fast. The waiter, a friendly Bulgarian guy, even treated us to some candies and lollipops. We walked in by chance because the place was open, but we’ll definitely come back many more times!
