La Roche - Antwerp

Buiten het échte stadscentrum van Antwerpen gelegen, maar goed met het openbaar vervoer bereikbaar. Met de auto is het soms wat langer zoeken naar een plekje. En de meest gezellige buurt is het ook niet. Maar eens je binnen bent dan word je vriendelijk verwelkomd. De sfeer zit goed en de tafeltjes staan niet te dicht bij elkaar. We namen een aperitief (ja het is er alcohol vrij) , maar bij een cocktail proef je dat verschil nauwelijks. Het voorgerecht (kaaskroketjes) was keurig in orde. Als hoofdgerecht nam ik de lamsschenkel en mijn partner de steek Teriyaki. Deze was heerlijk bereid en mooi gegarneerd. Een lekker kopje koffie met een flink stuk Baklava om te eindigen. Kortom zeer lekker en voldoende gegeten in een mooi en verzorgd kader. En last but not leasr; de prijs: aperitief, voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht, nagerecht en koffie 101 euro voor 2 personen. In deze tijd niet slecht ! Dit wordt een restaurant om meermaals binnen te stappen.

The place was incredibly beautiful and exceptionally peaceful. From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The surroundings are calm, the atmosphere is soothing, and everything is arranged in a way that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The food was also very good — fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. Every meal I tried was enjoyable, and the quality was consistently impressive throughout my stay. What truly made the experience special was the wonderful staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive energy added a warm touch to the entire visit. It is clear that they take pride in their work and care deeply about the satisfaction of their guests. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and organized. The rooms, facilities, and common areas were spotless, and great care was taken to ensure a high standard of hygiene and comfort. Overall, everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and well-managed environment with delicious food and a truly outstanding team. It is definitely a place I would love to visit again.

The moment we walked in we were immediately welcomed with beautiful smiles by the bery nice & polite owner and a very sweet Polish waitress, Olivia. The Harira soup was homemade by genuine Moroccans 🇲🇦 so the cuisine is 100% authentic and real. The paste and burrata salad was very mjammmmmm. The deserts are also very various. So if ever y'all want to eat in a classy yet cozy place, affordable La prices, then LA ROCHE in Deurne, Antwerp is the place the be! Thanks for the great customer service and the great food.
