Woodiz Brussels

Absolutely adored the ice lattes here. They were rich, creamy and nutty. Waffles were fantastic too and you could tell a lot of care was given to each component of the dish, even the salad was well tossed in the vinaigrette. Would’ve loved for the waffles to have a bit more hollandaise and a little more spicy chilli oil to feel more heat. Leek was a unique combination and gave a great contrast and depth to the savory taste of the waffles.

Had to wait about 45 minutes, but it was definitely worth it. The spring waffle with eggs benedict has a really unique flavour that is hard to find elsewhere. The banana caramel pancake was sweet but well balanced, which complemented the waffle nicely. If you are visiting with a friend, sharing is a great idea so you can try both. Strongly recommend this place.

The food was incredible - we were very pleased with our experience here. The drunken sailor waffles had a very generous portion of salmon that was fresh and rich in flavor. I had the spring waffle (seasonal) which was also superb. The drinks were unique - I had a purple (tea) latte, and my husband had an iced cappuccino. The service was okay - the staff were nice but didn’t check back in with us for more drinks and we had to flag them down to ask for the check but in their defense, by the time we left (around 10am) the place was packed and it was a Monday.

🥚✨ Brunch Heaven at Woodpecker 47 Had the perfect brunch feast at Woodpecker 47 in the heart of Brussels! Velvety hollandaise sauce over perfectly poached eggs, served on crispy toast with melted cheese—every bite was pure satisfaction. The fresh salad and pickles on the side balanced the richness beautifully. Paired with a smooth latte, it was the ultimate morning comfort. The atmosphere is cozy, the service quick, and it’s truly one of the best stops during our trip. 💙🍽️ And the best part—it was right across from our hotel, so happiness was just a few steps away!

We have been there for sunday breakfast. We were lucky that we didn't have to wait a lot but it is possible to wait for a table. We have tried three different breakfasts and they were all very delicious. Definatelly can advise this place!

OMG, this place is amazing! Fresh ingredients, amazing staff and quaint atmosphere. I had the Peck Special and it was a total flavor bomb!
