I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was honestly so disappointing that I feel I have to share it. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere already felt uncomfortable. The staff were very unfriendly and seemed annoyed that customers were even there. There was no welcoming attitude at all no smile, no friendliness, just cold and impatient behavior. The food itself was also extremely disappointing. The quality was far below what you would expect when going out to eat. The dishes tasted bland, poorly prepared, and simply not fresh. It honestly felt like very little care or effort was put into the food. One of the most uncomfortable parts of the whole experience was the salad buffet. Instead of letting guests enjoy their meal, the staff kept watching people very closely while they were taking food. It felt like they were monitoring how much you took. This made the whole situation very awkward and stressful. A buffet should be something relaxed and enjoyable, but instead it made us feel judged and uncomfortable. Because of this constant staring and the unfriendly attitude of the personnel, it was impossible to enjoy the meal. You almost feel like you are doing something wrong just by taking food that is supposed to be available for customers. Going out to eat should be a pleasant experience where you can relax and enjoy good food and friendly service. Unfortunately, this place delivered the complete opposite: poor food, very unfriendly staff, and an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and definitely not somewhere I would choose to return. I truly hope the management takes these issues seriously, because customers deserve much better service and a much more welcoming environment.

We ordered a falafel wrap takeaway from Kebap Factory Restaurant and it was absolutely delicious 😍 Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. We order from here regularly and the quality is always consistent. Definitely one of the best places in Utrecht. Highly recommended

The Food was very delicious and appetizing. It took us 10 minutes to get our food. The price was cheap compare to the other Restaurants in Utrecht. I’m looking forward to go there again.

If you are coming to Utrecht,this is correct place to Turkish food.We tasted Doner and Pide,it is big portion and tasteful.Personell is very friendly,especially who is dealing with Doner.Clean and prices are good.Strongly recomended.

The worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my whole life. €35 for mixed grill that was full of rice and vegetables and very small amount of meat, the meat was served cold, undercooked and very late. It took 50 minutes to get my food. My partner ordered Iskender Kebab, they prepared some doner with yoghurt for another €35. In short they are veeeery stingy The atmosphere was very bad, the chairs were uncomfortable. We left the restaurant without eating after we were the whole day fasting. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Please avoid losing your money and getting nothing in return. The experience was awful. .
