Black & White offers delicious burgers. We tried the West Coast burger with various french fries. It was challenging to place an order as the kiosk only supported the Belgian language. The staff was friendly.

I'm a huge fan of smash burgers so I really wanted to give Black & White Burger a go and the opportunity came in Liège. The place was nice, lots of available seats and tables and they're not a regular fast food chain. The environment looks like it belongs to a higher tier. We ordered through the totems and the first issue was when my wife picked the lemonade. Almost all lemonade options were unavailable. Of all existing options, only the melon was available. The orders took quite a while to be ready. Not only that, our order (two burgers, two fries and two drinks - one lemonade and one soda can) was skipped: the order number that came after ours, got served first. The meal itself was okayish. Nothing special. The buns were cold, as if they were placed in the sandwich straight from the package. Usually I expect them to be, at least, warm. My sandwich (Mountain Smash Burger) was extremely similar to my wife's (classic Smash Burger), even though mine was more expensive so, not really worth.
