Steak N'Chill

As a serious steak lover, I have to say this place truly impressed me. The meat quality and cooking precision were absolutely top tier — perfectly done and full of flavor. I honestly didn’t expect to find such an authentic steak experience in Brussels. They also offer a great variety of cuts, including tomahawk steaks and bone-in ribeye, which was amazing to see. Definitely deserves a great review.

My partner took me to this restaurant during our trip to Brussels, and we both genuinely enjoyed the food. We ordered ribs and chips, and they were lovely, definitely a solid 4/5 for the meal itself. However, the service left us disappointed from the moment we arrived. We weren’t asked whether we had a reservation, and when we said we’d like to sit upstairs because the ambiance was nicer, the staff immediately dismissed us with, “It’s only for reservations.” We explained that we did have a reservation, and they sighed before taking us upstairs. We’re not sure if the rest of the service stemmed from that moment, but it certainly set the tone. Throughout the meal, the staff weren’t rude, but they did come across as lazy and dismissive. I understand if a restaurant is busy, but even in busy places you’re usually greeted warmly, given menus at your table, and checked on within a few minutes. Instead, my partner and I waited over 20 minutes for someone to attend to us — he eventually had to go downstairs to ask for service. At times, the staff were just sitting on their phones, which didn’t help the impression. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but the lack of attentiveness didn’t give us the best experience. That said, the food itself was amazing, and we’re glad we got to enjoy that part of the visit.

Excellent steak, ordered medium well and was perfectly delivered. Melt in the mouth and just the right amount of charred crust. Very nice restaurant, clean and cool vibe, fast service. Waitress confirmed all meat here are halal. Recommended

I had steak, mocktail, potato fry and coffee. The steak was very nice. I usually eat a little more done but it was ok. I asked for more "spicy" (more chilli) but I think they were scared to give more. Ha ha ha. The quality of meat was really good. Mocktail passion fruit was fantastic. Then they kind of went to dig up some potatoes for the fries I requested. But when it arrived, I realized why it took so long. It was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST POTATOES. I am so glad that they didn't take any short cuts. Every piece was a treat. Baked, not fried. That's why. I would gladly recommend.

I ate here a couple days ago as it was across the street from the hotel I stayed at. Had the Simmental ribeye steak and it was the most flavorful steak I have ever had and cooked to perfection. Overall, food and dining experience top notch, along with the service. Highly recommended.

Excellent food, after a while found a steak restaurant worth a visit every day. We ordered 3 different steaks. Cooked seasoned to perfection. Zainab served us professionally with a beautiful smile. Fabulous experience.
