If I could give zero stars for the ratings I would. Rude waiters and waitresses. Waitress brought the wrong drink and then argued and gave attitude about changing it for the right one. Slammed the drink on the table when she finally decided to bring the correct drink. The African guy who claimed to be a manager said he would offer a complimentary tea after the food and then took the offer back when it came to paying. Absolutely disgusted by the service at this place. We waited ages to get our food and 2 sauces we ordered never arrived. I would never return back or recommend anyone to come dine here. Food was mediocre for extortionate prices. Disappointed to say the least.

After visiting this place, at first it seemed seemed fancy but was quickly turned around from the incompetency from the staff, we were with a big group but orders still got wrong and mistakes were made, the group we had wasn't that big that it would be hard to track. The choice of "atmosphere" were it just dry ice and water combined to create a smoke effect wasn't spectacular. Not more to say as most negative reviews I have seen so far pretty much align with what I experienced.

The food was delicious but we have to pot our salt and paper our self from another table 😅 Steak House that forgot to pot the paper and salt on the table.

Majority of the food is extremely overpriced. Wait staff spoke NO English. My husband ordered a beer. While it was good, it was non alcoholic, which we were but told. Very much a club like atmosphere, played the same song the ENTIRE time that we were there.

Very good discovery, good customer service and everything we ordered was great

The service was slow and unprofessional. We waited 50 minutes since we ordered our food and 35 minutes between the salad and main dish because they gave our food to the wrong people and came up with a lame excuse saying because we ordered a side salad it took longer and didn’t want to own up the fact that they messed up the order. They also gave a discount to those guests. Not worth the experience. All the bad reviews are the same about the service and yet nothing is done to be improved?
