I ordered today through the Uber eats App. What a total disaster ! My order go through no problem , I wait 40minutes then the order is put back to 20 more minutes , ok fine . After one hour the app is telling me that the restaurant cancelled my order just when they had to deliver it ! The restaurant called me to let me know I was way to for for them to bring the the food and will cancel the order . 1. Why did you accepted the order in the first place ?? ! Why did you prepare the food u too the end to only think about the delivery address ? 2. The woman on the phone told me the restaurant was as far as 20kilometers from my delivery place , which is a lie (I live in Boisfort) 3. The woman on the phone told me that she would have delivered it if the total order was more than 100euros , cannot find anything about this on uber eats accept that the delivery fee is 3,50eur If you cannot fulfill the basis of your work , why bother open a restaurant ? I cannot judge the food as it never arrived but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen and clearly demonstrate how u serious this place is .
