Oh My Bun Stadionplein

Ordered some burgers there tonight. The announced delivery time was around 30 minutes. After more than 1 hour without any news, I decided to call the restaurant to ask for an update. They told me that my order was on its way (quite rudely) & that it would be there in max 10 minutes. After more than 45 minutes again, they suddenly cancelled the order without prior notice. 2 hours of waiting to never receive anything. Horrible.

ALERT SCAM !! We ordered at 23h25, and here I am, at 01h52 without any food. I never received the food. 2h30 and still nothing. We called a few times the restaurant and the employee was saying « it’s on its way, you’re the next one on the list ». It’s a total scam, do not order from this place. I really hope I’ll get a refund.

2 hours and my food still hasn’t come yet. I think we’re being scammed. Online it says the food is on the way, but it has been saying than for 40 minutes now and It is only a 15 minutes away. They aren’t picking up the phone so we aren’t able to get any updates. 0 star if I had a choice. Not ok. Don’t order from this restaurant. Unprofessional and unfair to customers!

Very friendly people food was very nice and fresh i love the way they make the burgers I will come back for sure

Delivery was quite disappointing, someone sat on my burger, perhaps to warm it up but nonetheless it was not unnecessary

Very disappointing! We placed an order and it took over two hours to arrive. We contacted the seller several times, and each time we were told the food would be there in 15 minutes, which was not true. When the delivery finally arrived, half of the order was missing! We contacted the seller again immediately. He said he knew the order was incomplete but still refused to send the missing items. Extremely disrespectful and rude. He took the 60 euros and deliberately sent only a few burgers and nuggets. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Not recommended at all — he doesn’t even deserve one star.
