Indo Kitchen Bar

Reserved to eat here with four people. When we came there at the reserved time they said we had no reservation and said we were lying. "Our system has been working for 18 years so it can't be our fault."

I recently visited Indo Kitchen Bar in Almere, located on the Belfortplein, and had a nice experience. The restaurant is situated on the first floor overlooking the square, which is lined with various eateries. This gives the place a lively, cozy atmosphere. We had a reservation for two. The interior is tastefully decorated with warm wooden elements and subtle Indonesian touches that create an inviting, authentic feel. The only thing I found slightly out of place was the music, more house-style beats, which didn’t fully match the serene, Indonesian atmosphere. Then again, it is also a bar, so for some guests the music might add exactly the vibe they’re looking for. Because they were in the process of developing a new menu, not everything was available. Still, we were able to try several different dishes, and everything we tasted was nice. One of the highlights of the evening was definitely the service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially the gentleman who took the time to explain the dishes to us. His personal approach made us feel very welcome and added a warm human touch to the experience. The restaurant was fairly quiet during our visit, which made the whole experience more comfortable and relaxed. Overall, Indo Kitchen Bar combines beautiful design, warm service, and nice food in a cozy, well-located spot in Almere. Recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed, flavorful dining experience with a personal touch.

I don’t enjoy the night there and also the food! That part of square is always empty I don’t know why . The local is nice but not great atmosphere Nd the food not the best. Also expensive Disappointed

Location is great, service staff friendly but prices high, food is good, but portion seemed small. Beer was pricey too.

The food was super delicious! Cozy atmosphere and the staff was super nice!

Rijsttafel is not worth the price. But, staff is friendly. I wouldn't visit again.
