VERY slow service. Waited 40 minutes for all of us to get our food, then they forgot my order. I went and asked how long it would take to get my food, since we had other plans to attend. The dude said "about 5 minutes". Ended up waiting 20 minutes. We were sitting at our table when our leg rest fell apart. "This happened before, you gotta sit somewhere else". I felt like a fat chud eating the food. We all felt miserable afterwards. And a few of us got sick the next day. Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice, but I hated the rest of it. I can understand someone being obsessed with this place but that person unfortunately isn't me.

The proportions were great! You do get your money’s worth. How ever beware to relax after that meal.

The first time I was here was in 2020 and every time I was in the area I had to stop by. The place has gone through some changes but after all these years, the food is still excellent!

We waited more than an hour! This was our 2nd option because our first choice said we had to wait 45 mins (afterwards was this the better option.) After waiting for so long the food finally arrived, lukewarm, fries soggy and the chicken super fatty. And as a cherry on the cake to hear both our drinks were not available. This would've been fine if that was communicated better before letting us wait for so long. I do hope you guys read your reviews that give you feedback. The only nice thing at Freddy's is the music but the food was not it. Maybe it was better when they first started because when I asked around it did get some hype but either they can't handle busy days or they stopped caring about the food which is unfortunate. Not worth the money.

I love the food and the concept, they have very nice burger buns and good quality fried chicken, their Og sauce is especially very good. Definitely worth a try, only the orders take a little long

We waited 30 minutes, only for the server to say that the smash chicken burger I ordered wasn't in stock.... It took you 30 minutes to notify me of that? Then waited another 20 minutes. In total waited 50 minutes for the OG burger and it had no lettuce. The food is okay, but not worth the wait. These people work like snails. Don't waste your time here and go somewhere else.
