Burgers & Brunch

Our visit to Hashtag Burgers & Brunch was an absolute highlight! We had “The OG” and a dish with chicken and French toast—and honestly, it was sensational. Truly incredible. The food was not only packed with flavor but also beautifully presented. You can really tell how much care and quality goes into every detail. On top of that, the atmosphere is spot on—modern, cozy, and a place where you instantly feel comfortable. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and the perfect balance between relaxed and professional. Bottom line: if you’re in Brussels and looking for brunch, this place is a must. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

A small out of the way place that serves an excellent chicken sammich. I had the guac and spice and my wife had the Tuffel and cheese both were excellent paired with some sweet potato fries and a nice meal was had. coffee's are good too. Note this is a type of sandwich you willl likely eat with a fork and knife. We will return.

So cool atmosphere, amazing service , waiter Zayna was so sweet and friendly! Don’t want to leave Brussels now…

Staff were friendly and spoke English. Place was clean offered both indoor and outdoor seating. I had a Pesto chicken waffle burger from their summer special. It was very delicious and the ingredients were fresh. Their triple cheese fries were also great.

Quality food with fresh ingredients. Nothing about the food necessarily blew me away, but it was a good concept. The waffles were pretty dry, but maybe that's so they don't get soggy from the chicken. One item I highly recommend is their vanilla espresso, that shake was pure magical ❤️
